crit error

FIX THE GODDAMN CRIT ERRORS.
last week we were on antharas when we ported in 7 from 9 ppl in party got crit error and got ported out... today on valakas i got crit error as soon as i clicked on heart... and when i logged back on i was half way down in mid of excidinubs getting dpsed... you are screwing the game srsly and dont tell me its my pc because im getting same shit on pc and 2 laptops and game is updated everyday trugh your loader. srsly its ruining everything fighting for boss and all and get left out of boss kill / drop share just because server is screwed up.

Same problem here. in 1 hour game i got like 6 crits or more. No reason for this to happen, didnt mess with the client, bought pc a few months ago all is good with no hardware\software issues. I update everyday, full check. I read somewhere that increasing cache in HB client can help but i dunno how to make that
