Clan skills

Raid Bosses drop clan skill items without grade (Dragon Heart), but clan skills need A-grade items (Dragon Heart: A-grade).
Adventurer Guildsman npc says, that the graded versions were used in the past and you can trade those in for the items without grade.
So either the boss drop is not right, or the skills. Or we need an npc to change them into the items with grades.
If we missed something and there is a way to trade them let us know, thx.
