PK POINT FROM FLAGGED TARGET!!!

Hello... today (3 min ago) i flaged some player in BS with my orc... he flagged me back with fire vortex, i killed him AND I GOT PK POINT!! i have screen to prove... my cp is taken vortex effect on me and im pk... i hope you will check this and DELETE  the pk point from me... dont need to give me pvp point or anything just delete it... its not hard to see since it is new char and i have 0pvps and now 1pk...

What you ask is beyond my understanding and im shocked that you even ask such thing. If pvp/pk system would be bugged then believe me, we would have much more posts then a single one in 60 days.
