Ok, so...
Shillien Templar/Spectral Master - 79+, can be retail/noblesse, decent gear (standard S/A grade weapon/robe mix).
or
Cardinal/Arcana Lord - a new muppet, 78+, needs some SP to make everything run the way it should.
or
can be other mage char, except ee/es.

Previous experience: Shitload of hours spent in V3 and CareBears on NM. (SK/PS and SK/SH)
