PhoenixKnight - have a skils Spirit of Phoenix/Flame Icon.

I use spirit of pheonix --> I have the third level of this ability ---> i can use Flame icon.

Renewal skils spirit of pheonix long time and flame icon is faster.

Flame icon should by longer time renewal skils and ability \ "Flame icon \" a few seconds.

Now you understand me what do I mean? If not, it play with paladin and try to use spirit of pheonix.

On other servers and official is the same as I is writing.

and when you are at it pls shorten the cd of zealot too pls because i need to wait for it after frenzy is off cd already!  or just shorten them both because after bizon is off cd both frenzy + zealot still have it
