Random Items DISAPPEARING from inventory while Enchanting

Hello, i was enchanting my D grade equip, trying to reach full +6... Then this happened:
1) Random items from inventory started to disappear without a reason

2) When i break something while enchanting, i'm getting 0 crystals ( untill 5 min ago everything was normal as always)

Can gm explain pls? What if this happens with A/S/RB jews/armor?
