i dont know whats wrong.. i cant optain certifikation books the npc says i alrdy have them.. i just got haste & barrier and want to optain books for UD with dark avenger

you are on subclass ... you reach lv75 .. you go npc and take cert. book
you go to ivory ... learn cert. skill
you switch 2nd sub .. you reach lv 75 .. you take cert book
and so on

You forgot to add that you have to switch on main class to learn cert. skills.
