Seeds of chaos bug

I can not finish Quest Seeds of Chaos  because when he tries tlp from NPC Mao Nornil's Garden brings me into the sea somewhere near Dino island. I cant  find npc Rodenpicula and   finish the quest Please fix this because I can not normally play
