Can't change to a subclass

Hi,

I have character that did this:

Main: (Titan -> Grand Khavatari)  -> (Fortune Seeker/Maestro) -> Hawkeye -> Warklock

Last time I switched to my main (orc) I was a Maestro. Now the blacksmith tells me that only speak with dwarfs  and the warehouse chief tells me that if I want to add a bounty hunter sub.

I can see the Maestro sub there when I click on delete  on a subclass.

I even tried deleting the Hawkeye subclass and made me bounty hunter again to see if the blacksmith chief would like me and nothing.

Not sure if it is an undocumented feature or a bug.
