regarding retail subclasses:

my suggestion is to let retail stacksubs reach 85lvl, but ONLY for the same race, no mutants. dunno if its possible to make at all, but for example:
main bp/pal 85, retails sps/tk 85 pr/wl 80. ty/de 85 etc.
this wont affect the gameplay at all, no OP classes will appear, just gonna add some more farming for your subs, also will let you replace missing party member.

One character could cover an array of situations. I loved this feature on Tarantula and Frintezza.
Even 85 subclasses without certificates could be somewhat viable. Cuz people could actually do something with their subsclass besides using them only for certificates and for those using the system to create their mutant "buffbots".
Changing the substack system to instead of appearing the classes of the character race when substacking, to appear all classes of the current race of the class which the character is on the moment and voila.
Adios mutants, hello more diversity in 1 characeter and the effectiveness of time invested on retail subclasses would go off the roof.
I'm pretty sure we do not need mutants. And improving the QOL of subclasses for Main characters would be much more important for the server then just allowing retail substacking to only being viable the create these non-sense solo "buffbots".

Anyway idea is rly good, you need oly, pvp or pve at main class, play with it.
You wanna farm, change sub on retail and GG, need bd/se for party? Again, change retail.

But certs should be also able at subbed chars anyway. Ofc is just my opinion

some time ago they said that it's impossible to make retails reach 85 lvl

[skill] hamstring from DA should be changed from magic to physical skill like in Gracia Chronicles since it's pure fighter class skill

Again, they could make some exceptions. Never mind what mutants you could do for BD, SWS, Spoiler or Crafter it will not be stronger than normal subs stacked, even if it would mutant with OL.

Can you please test them? Test if you can debuff ally/clan/pt members there and other kinds of "exploits", in other words brute test them and report here.

After leaving pvp zone you dont get pink nick, easy way to pk someone by mistake.
Extend pvp zone inside antharas liar and near vortex. Now bishop can stay outside pvp zone near vortex and just spam heal without flag.

from good things : you dont debuff/aura flash your ally
