Lost Kookaburra. While PvPing?

So I was PvPing and I PR'ed with my firned and...PUFF. Kooka item disapears. Pet disappears. I teleport, no pet to be seen. I relog, no item on iventory, NOTHING....And I was recording it, if you need the proof to gimme the item back.
PvPing with Kooka makes u loose it ? I got Feared by a sorc and after Fear was over no more kooka. (Item dissapeared on iventory).
Waiting to get it back....
char name as you know:  S e x y T 0 u c h  For some reason I can't write it together. It's a Elven Elder (Yeah, I wasn't PK to loose the item either, since i didn't even die).

Kookas was lvl 61 or 62. I'm just mad cause I lost 40% less ex because of Kooka, and also I was one of the "bugged" people who didnt get the "loyalty" rewards. So I basicly WASTED 40% for 5 hours for nothing.

yeah that thing happens a lot  when  you get far away from your dead pet in pvp ... lost a pet as well after getting Critical Error when i died loged back no pet

It had(and has) 150+ food. Hungry =/= very hungry, and even after I can still feed it. That wasn't the problem lol.
