Patch problem - can't start L2

Greetings,

I have a problem that looks like this.

The message states: Programe DragonNetworkHB.exe has stopped working. It has stopped working correctly because an issue occured.Windows System will close the programme and will inform you if there are possible solutions to solve the issue.

I have downloaded L2 HB from both sources on DN website.
Re-installed the client, deleted it manually, you name it. Whatever I do I can't go past this file in the screen.
Looking for advice.

Im not expert for polish, but when you are doing fullcheck disable antivirus or put that .dll in exceptions, and then do the fullcheck.
