Name change clarification

Hello everyone im coming back about the topic from that guy who lost 75 dc for changing is name

First of all... GM said that it was free since when the server start... So charging 75 dc on that guy who named is caracter at the beginning with the stupid name call : Pirat2000 cause name call ''Dodgeswitty'' was already used (is old caracter)... So he just change it for ''DodgeTyty'' and server charge him 75 dc !!!

And when you put your cursor mouse on RENAME... You can read : FREE CHARGE

And i can tell it works cause i had to change my name on my caracter too cause my name was already took ''OLD NAME''....

And now GM lock topic of my friend ^^

Seriously give him back is 75 dc and dont give us reason to dont donate anymore !!!

Cause its suppose to be free since when the server start, all are old name was already taking ''DATA BUG'' and GM give us the chance to change name free on the website instead to pay 75dc..... But my friend did a donation of 150dc and i guess because he had DC on his caracter, the server took 75dc automaticly, instead to dont charge at all.

You should really stop making an victim from yourself every time. As on our homepage clearly says that names with extension "NAME_________" will be changed for free. Which part you havent understand there? If you havent seen your name there with _________, that means you dont apply under this free of charge offer.

Ok so if i understand correctly..... it was only saturday that we were able to change whatever we want as a name, with or without that thing [ARE]... Cause i named my caracter friday when the server open as : ColdIceQC (without any stupid [ARE] in front of it) and saturday, when you guys allow us to change it for free, which i did, i rename it as ColdIce !!!

So if i understand correctly.... Those who have a life and didnt change there name saturday because works or family things, they miss the chance to have are old name back for free and now you charge 75 coins because when they create there caracter friday when the server open, there old name was already used because of your stupid DATA USERNAME !!!

So now, instead to call me a victim, which him because i had the chance to connect myself saturday and change my name for free... It will be great that those people who wasnt able to use old caracter name, no matter what, they dont get charge... Cause i know my friend had that char named DodgeSwitty on dragon server, wasnt able to chose that name friday when the server open, so he use the name ''Pirat2000''... Now you guys charge him 75 coins, which is not is fault if the caracter name that he wants friday, was already taken because you didnt fix that USERNAME DATA.

So dont put the blame on me and will be great to give my friend some apologize and give him back is 75 coins !!!

To be more clear and finally put an end to this discussion, on the opening day everyone who were affected by the bug (well most of them we managed to recover from db) got a free of charge name change option. What does that mean? Lets imagine your accoubt is galun and you wanted to create char galunxxx, on the opening hour you are logging account galun and trying to create a char galunxxx, however (bug) name was taken. After some time, after we fixed an error in our db, everything was fine, but the names that were "created during the name taken bug" are stored in db blocking ppl to use those names.
So, after we managed to doscover all the ACCOUNTS that were afected by this bug, we offered for those ACCOUNTS free of charge name change. That means that this "bugged" account had a char with invisible char in game but visible name on account panel on our homepage. Those hidden names had prefix ____ and only those names got this offer.
Now, if you used other account to create a char, that account will not have such offer, if (for some reason) you dont see a char with ____ prefix then you cant change name for free. This is simply it.
