XP Rune bug and DN Weight limit problem

Hi there GM's, my friend is having some troubles with the XP Rune and the DN Weight limit that he bought from donation coins.

Here I rewrite what the problem was.

"Yesterday Y bought XP Rune and DN Weight Limit 1,2 and 3 lvl, and the DN slots when I was on my 2 retail that is WL, so I spent 90 + 75 dc in total, when I go on my main class that is HE all my DN weight limit and DN buff slots are gone, and the XP Rune doesn't work. So I bought again the DN Weight limit 1,2 and 3 and the DN slots and spent again 90 DC."

He would like to get the 90 DC back and remove the buffs from the retail subclass WL, and also get the XP rune working, he is not getting the experience boost.

They are working but he got them on retail,up to track or alannah to decide to give coins back and reset those skills tho.

Well and rune xp doesn't work, shouldn't it work even if you change retail to main and stuff like that?
