All my and fear members chars are unbanned and fine. I am asking this cause we want to know the number of those unbanned people and who they were in order to see if this server can survive this chaos.

Banning people who buy items for money was a huge mistake, so good call on trying to fix this.
You dont kick people from Mcdonalds because they ate in Subway, you adjust your service. (or you bomb Subway, but not your customers)

Imho to pardon buyers is a good idea. Lost money is a suffiecient punishment, even if they knew that they are buying illegal goods in large amounts. No need to perma ban them. After all... They are the golden goose of the server.

To understand all this situation better, just turn to history lessons about dry-laws of USA and USSR. Ppl did continue to buy booze, money did continued to flow that direction, just w/o taxes. In the end government lost profit and created huge smuggling industry.

No we can't, but for example ppl, which only bought items shouldn't be punished more than they deserve. As Mijamoto said, loosing money is suffiecient punishment.

You do know very much how we always insist of legit playing, and it will remain like that. There was no dupe in this case, simply some bad person decided to earn money for himself and screw up others, items that were created on that way are deleted and people who did it are punished and for them there will be no 2nd chance, thats why i said that i will evaluate each case. There are some people that probably should be unbanned, exactly for them i made this topic.

Just for global information, it was around 60ish chars affected (of course 30% of were from the same person), therefor this aint traggedy. Mostly why some of those players are pissed is because they paid real cash to someones private paypal for items that are deleted, there is no licence agreement nor donation agreement for it, so i strongly suggest you (since Sam or whoever) tricked you, ask your money back, you have all the legal rights.

Anyway, leave this topic out of spam, i really want some people to read this topic and come back.
