No, the example is right, if a seller of Subways comes into McDonalds, you just ban the seller, not the people buying to him, you don't even take the sandwichs they bought from him because they're customers, you want them to not worry about what they did because is not their fault.

Some people in the server take an advantage of a situation, like this is the only time it happened on DN, no of course is not ... and the situation is not their fault. As a programmer I cannot avoid to think that if Sam was on trial for 1 year then Track and Alanah failed to check his moves, because this is a situation caused not by players but by the staff itself. So the logic in this case is not to punish players but the staff.

I had a server myself for another game, and in order to avoid this kind of situations was to read the logs everyday to check their moves, and then I passed to read logs from a week, and so on until the trial ended. Of course after that I checked logs often to check specific things like creating items. Was my responsability thats why I worked so hard for it.

Yeah but buying sandwiches from this illegal seller they are supporting illegal actions willingly thus turning back to the legal staff of the DN...

I'm interested because my cp stop to play because he got ban for some funny arguments ,as i heard moschowfish log hellcasters char. I think is normal CP members to know accs of all CP chars.Our party have 2 members witch dont have chars and log chars what is needed to be logged .I think this is not reason to got ban .

@cp , we do illegal actions, we got caught and banned , then use that as excuse to say "we are leaving server sux" , sounds legit imo

If Hell is reading here he can copy your conversation with him. Where he asked you why he is banned and you told him because of Moscow or you frogot this? Do you think Hell is so retarded to ask you twice and search for you in skype if he had epics? Nvm we will not come here again since not the sold items were the problems but some random idiots like MissClown  and Django running with epics since 2nd week. Sometimes we were winning pvps vs their pt sometimes we were loosing. But when we got killed it was unbelievable how they hit me 3-4k on full resist hvy armor if they don't have epics. Half of my cp were thinking setup was wrong, buffs, ressists were wrong, but no.
800 euro for full epics set and 2,5e per gmc that was the secret. Apologises for Fear beacause I've heard for randoms with antharases claimed to be bought from Fears.
