About accounts

Hello, im old player here on DN servers, but i cant login any of my old accounts (had them on infinity, shadow, dragon, tarantula and few new servers i tried out), when i type in my mails it doesnt find any account for password reset and when i try to create new account i dont get any mail on my email account to finish registration.

So is there any known problem with regist. new accounts? and were the old ones deleted?

Hello, yes we are having a bit problem at account registration, some e-mail service don't get our mails. Here's some that works for sure:
Gmail, Outlook, microsoft, office 365. Of course the problem will be solved.

yeah i created new account with my gmail, hotmail (my main account) didnt work tho, so for me problem is solved.
what about my old accounts? they got deleted?

ingame accounts are not deleted
We are using replication of mssql, all accounts that exist on hi5, works on this IL too.

i have another question but i dont want to create another topic about it, what about ssd, bssd, ssc, bssc etc, will they be in shop or do we need to craft them? didnt find any info about that in accoun. topic
