Ingame windows reset

I've been fiddling around in the beta client and I can't seem to find a solution to the following problem: Every time I launch the game the location of each interface element resets back to its original position. That includes skillbars, panels (alt+T/C/N/K/U/Y), party window, buff list etc.
I've checked if files were read-only but that doesn't seem to be the case and I can't seem to get around it

You can download the entire old client with patch on the updates topic on announcements. Alannah will also upload the standalone patch sometime soon.

Remove readonly attribute from Option.ini inside of system folder, worked for me

UI elements are still getting to reset to a specific position with the current release.

after full check inventory window dont reset. But hp/mp bar, buffs row, map, skills and all other windows do reset for me too. And my option.ini doesnt have read-only attribute.

It resets. Same as happened on the beta.
The skills bar is always on the right side off screen for me.
options.ini isn't read only.
I ran a full check today, nothing changed.
