Song of the Hunter quest (not skill)

Hey, seems like quest "Song of the Hunter" from hunter's village NPC Grey does not work properly. Here is quest desc: link
Basically i got all items from list and npc does not acknowledge it. He just say default line from beginning of the quest. All q items needed are in my bp:

Please let me know if i do something wrong of its bugged.
