Ingame windows reset

I use client as following:

1, I did full check
2, run l2 from system->l2.exe always

I only do launch updater when there are neccessary updates.. anyhow never launching game from updater (probably updater resets your files? structures?!)
I don't have read-only attribute ticked.
And my client is not on C:\... (main) I put it somewhere like in D:\dnclients\dnil\

but i can suspect launcher can freak up structure
