Elves using soe on Dark Elves territory

Don't know if it's supposed to be like this, because it's the first time i see this happening but durring my 2nd class quest i used a soe to get to DE village and i got ported to Elven Village.

It's meant to be like that, dark elves and light elves are enemies after all (also can't retail sub a dark elf as light elf)

I knew about the good old "friendship" they share, but I never got into this SOE stuff
