Lvl Soul Crystal on RB

Have You ever experienced Soul crystal lvl up (10->11 or 11->12) on this server besides of Zaken and Baium?

I started this topic because we kill almost every van helman and other lvl rb and nothing helped so far.

ok, so i need to involve GM.
Since i started this post today we kill another 6rb and nothing...

We already lvl up like 4 times from rb's....

Ember is 5%.

Maybe anakazel too... So you need to be patient!
