-Fixed olympiad match requirements to nominate for hero

What does it mean ?

server give hero and you manually pick up,
if you do so when you need to start olympiad from new month or you do one side swarm server?  - 14 heroes on one side is fail for server - other side have no chance.

14 heroes = 8600 moon!!!! + 14 top B weapons - for 2 week maybe it need to bot check(and ban) - no one view them in blazing swamp day and night.

No doubt there was some botting going on and the top clans are responsible for the adena sellers currently ingame.
And soon when they exploited the server enough they will leave and do the same on another server.
They themselves are imo the trash they talk about, go get real job.

GM's should take a look and watch them, for all normal players it looks like alle heroes are from one clan (its strange and looks a bit curiuos...). If the Admin doesnt want to loose players, they need to take a look and see what really happeneds/happens!!!

What does it mean ?

That means default code was 5 matches and 1 win to nominate yourself hero (ofc if you are top 1 at your class). There was a guy who made hero with 7 matches. Retail IL = 9 matches and at least 1 win and top 1 in class. I hope explanation is understandable now.

The idea to enable olympiad from the start was to keep it retail like... ops! =)
