EVENT - 30% spoil?

Dear admins,
something is wrong with newest event thats supposed to give additional spoil/drop.
Not sure about the drop but im 100% convinced that spoil rate is much lower than it was yesterday (got confirmation from other players as well). I am trying to spoil same mobs as yesterday - they have 82% Chance to spoil - and they sweeped parts very often. Today after 1 hour of playing didnt even get one. Same thing with my friend who tried to spoil 100% Chance spoil part and he didnt get even one.

It is lower for sure we tried to farm the 99% chance eyes in wall of argus and 1 of every 3-4 dropped 2-3 and we farmed for 1-2 hours there.

My best shot at guessing what happened is that >70% chances are actually "looped" through 0, for example: 90% chance became "120%" which game calculates as 20%. Tried spoiling Varnish from Enchanted Stone Golem in Ivory Tower Crater, 99% chance for up to 5 units. Out of 10 mobs only 4 of them yielded Varnish.
