For clarity, we will be adding in this post all the skill changes from the previous server that will stay the same on this new one. Hope this helps!


[ General Changes ]

  • Heavy/Light/Robe Armor Masteries:
    Based on only 3 Armor Masteries, one for each type, this prevents stacking of different kinds (mage/fighter) of armor masteries which would result in insane values arround Cast/Atk Spd.
    The level given of the specific armor mastery is dictated by the pdef given by that specific level.
    Additional (class related) effects (evasion/mp regen/etc...) from the mastery are obtained from extra secondary passive skills (example: "Light Armor Evasion Mastery").
  • Recharge:
    Cast restrictions: Cannot be casted on a class that has recharge skill learnt.
  • Resurrection:
    All resurrection skills (scrolls included) have at least a 40% exp recovery and builds up by +5% each level (resurrection lv9 is 90%), WIT will modify this value up/down and can reach 100% exp recovery
  • Prophecies:
    Only able to cast on party members
  • Raid Bosses:
    Now all Raid Bosses have 60% increased resistance vs 2h swords and 2h blunts and are immune to Stigma. (Destroyers still do more damage than everyone else)


[TANK CLASSES]

  • Majesty:
    Scaling by armor type: LvL3: Heavy + 15% P.Def, Light +10% P.Def, Robe +7%
  • Ultimate Defense:
    Scaling effect on armor type: Heavy Armor 100% effect, Light armor 50% effect, Robe armor 25%
  • Vengeance:
    Scaling effect on armor type: Heavy armor 100% effect, Light&Robe armor 50% effect
  • Aggression
    Aggression chance is 100% but it has 6 seconds(fixed) cooldown added.
  • Aura of Hate
    Aura of Hate chance is 100% but It has 20 seconds(fixed) cooldown added.
  • Deflect Arrow:
    This skill has been nerfed at all lvls to not allow mages to be unkillable when subbed with tank class.

    • lvl 1 - 16% now gives 2% bow resistance
    • lvl 2 - 24% now gives 5% bow resistance
    • lvl 3 - 32% now gives 7% bow resistance
    • lvl 4 - 40% now gives 10% bow resistance


[DAGGER CLASSES]

  • Ultimate Evasion:
    Scaling effect on armor type: Light armor 100% effect, Heavy & Robe 50% effect, It has a chance to evade skills as well.
  • Shadow Step:
    Added Shadow Step skill with some restrictions and nerf: It has 3 levels, you can learn it at 52/68/79. Level1: 400 range, 30 mana consumption, Level2: 500 range, 40 mana consumption, Level3: 600 range, 50 mana consumption.
  • Break Duress:
    Increases your speed for 5 seconds and removes debuffs such as: Silence, Doom, Root (physical only), Bleed.


[ Shillien Elder ]

  • Stigma:
    Stigma is working for all weapons excluding Bow
    The skill has been scaled: Lv40-10%, Lv60-15%,Lv75-20%


[ Destroyer/Tyrant ]

  • Polearm Mastery:
    Passive skill removed. Orc are always too strong and able to farm in high level spots without having top gear. This should make it harder to do that whilst still allowing them to be great farmers.
  • + Frenzy/Guts + Tottems:
    You cannot stack Frenzy or Guts with Tottems. Frenzy/Guts is replacing Tottems.
  • Fist Fury:
    Fist Fury only working on fists.


[ Warcryer ]

  • Chant of Protection (level 79):
    For 20 minutes, decreases Critical Damage received by a party member by 30%.


[ Overlord ]

  • Soul Guard:
    Full effect on Robe and 50% effect on Light/Heavy.
  • Seal of Suspension:
    Lasts 120 60 seconds.


[ Swordsinger ]

  • - Battle Whisper (level 60):
    For 2 minutes, increases the user's P. Atk. by 15%, Critical Damage by 10%, and Atk. Spd. by 10%. 50% of this effect for Daggers/Bows.
  • Inner Rhythm:

    • lvl 1 (40) - MP consumption for song and dance is decreased by 7%.
    • lvl 2 (66) - MP consumption for song and dance is decreased by 15%.
    • lvl 3 (78) - MP consumption for song and dance is decreased by 25%.


[ Bladedancer ]

  • - Defense Motion (level 60):
    For 2 minutes, increases your P. Def. by 25%, Evasion by 3, and M. Def. by 10%. 50% of this effect on Robe/Light.
  • Inner Rhythm:

    • lvl 1 (40) - MP consumption for song and dance is decreased by 7%.
    • lvl 2 (66) - MP consumption for song and dance is decreased by 15%.
    • lvl 3 (78) - MP consumption for song and dance is decreased by 25%.


[ Spellsinger/Sorcerer ]

  • Cancel:
    Instead of always removing 5 buffs, is now removing from 1-5 random buffs depending on the number of the buffs the target has.


[ Summoners ]

  • Transfer Pain:
    This skill has been nerfed at all lvls

    • lvl 1 - Transfers 10% 8% of received damage to a servitor.
    • lvl 2 - Transfers 20% 16% of received damage to a servitor. 
    • lvl 3 - Transfers 30% 24% of received damage to a servitor. 
    • lvl 4 - Transfers 40% 32% of received damage to a servitor. 
    • lvl 5 - Transfers 50% 40% of received damage to a servitor. 


[ Spoiler ]

  • Festive Sweeper:
    When used on nearby corpses that are in a Spoil state, extra items may be obtained. The skill has a 10 sec fixed cooldown on all lvls.

    • lvl 1 (40) - Maximum number of targets swept is 5
    • lvl 2 (62) - Maximum number of targets swept is 7
    • lvl 3 (76) - Maximum number of targets swept is 10


[ Elven Elder/Bishop ]

  • Trance:
    Lasts 15 10 seconds.

With the experience and data from the previous server, we've decided to change a few skills to balance things out throughout all 3 stages. You can test everything on the OBT and give us your thoughts !

[ All Classes ]


  • Weapon Mastery
    Fixing the physical attack percentage it was giving to its intended value of 8,5%.

  • Wisdom
    During 1st and 2nd Stage, there was a bit too much CC going around so we're reworking this 3rd class skill to scale throughout every stage.

    • Stage 1 (learnable at lvl 58) - Increases resistance to hold/sleep/altered state mind attacks by 7
    • Stage 2 (learnable at lvl 70) - Increases resistance to hold/sleep/altered state mind attacks by 14
    • Stage 3 (learnable at lvl 76) - Increases resistance to hold/sleep/altered state mind attacks by 20



[ Mana Burners ]
Mana Burn and Mana Storm now cannot critical hit and the mp cost is increased by 35% on every lvl and enchant route. Taking into account the amount of buffs that decrease MP consumption, we feel this is a fair value to keep mana burns in check and make it more of an important decision when to use, punishing those who spam it without thought.


  • Mana Burn

    • Example: at max lvl (lvl 10) costs 103 139 now.

  • Mana Storm

    • Example: at max lvl (lvl 5) costs 153 206 now.



[ Cardinal/Eva's Saint ]


  • Divine Protection
    Increases resistance to Dark attacks by 30 20 now and resistance to divine attacks by 20.



[ Hierophant ]


  • Elemental Protection
    Increases resistance to Fire attacks by 30 20 now , resistance to wind attacks by 20, resistance to water attacks by 20 and resistance to wind attacks by 20



[ Spellsinger ]
Spellsinger is seen as the king of mages for a good reason so this is an attempt to bring its power closer to the other mages.


  • Hydro Blast
    Similar to every other mage's main nuke in the game, Hydro Blast will now work as a projectile and will no longer ignore shield defense.

  • Frost Bolt
    Reduced cast range from 900 to 600



[ Spellhowler ]
We've decided to scale this skill for every stage to give spellhowler a bit more power early on, but of course keeping the con of also consuming more mp.


  • Empowering Echo

    • Stage 1 (learnable at lvl 58) - For 20 minutes, increases user's magic MP consumption by 12% and M. Atk. by 8,5%
    • Stage 2 (learnable at lvl 74) - For 20 minutes, increases user's magic MP consumption by 24% and M. Atk. by 17%
    • Stage 3 (learnable at lvl 79) - For 20 minutes, increases user's magic MP consumption by 35% and M. Atk. by 25% (same as untouched skill)



[ Overlord ]
During Stage 1, alot of Overlord players felt that they didnt have much to contribute in pvp if not in "all in" scenarios. This should give them a little bit more buttons to press, at the cost of their mana of course.


  • Ritual of Life
    Learnable at lvl 64 60 now.

  • The Honor of Pa'agrio
    Learnable at lvl 66 60 now.



[ Gladiator/Tyrant ]
This two classes suffer a bit before the endgame (Stage 3) compared to the other options so we're scaling their ranged skills that generate forces giving them access to those in the early stages.


  • Raging Force

    • Level 1 (learnable at lvl 60) - Can only generate force to a maximum of 5
    • Level 2 (learnable at lvl 70) - Can only generate force to a maximum of 7 (same as untouched skill)

  • Sonic Rage

    • Level 1 (learnable at lvl 60) - Can only generate force to a maximum of 5
    • Level 2 (learnable at lvl 72) - Can only generate force to a maximum of 7 (same as untouched skill)



[ Destroyer ]
As many people asked, we're adding back the 30 sec uptime on this two skills that have been nerfed previously and plan to tackle this class's Raid Boss killing power in other ways.


  • Frenzy
    Buff duration: 60 90 seconds now.

  • Guts
    Buff duration: 60 90 seconds now.



[ Daggers ]
Even after their buffs, daggers still saw a lack of damage and/or alot of missing blows so we're scaling their "Focus" skills to the respective classes during all 3 stages. All 3 of the Focus Skills require a dagger and light armor (body part) equipped to be used.


  • Focus Death (Plainswalker and Abyss Walker)

    • Stage 1 (learnable at lvl 60) - For 2 minutes, decreases user's critical attack rate by 10% and frontal critical damage by 10%. Increases the probability of deadly attack by 20% and rear critical damage by 30%.
    • Stage 2 (learnable at lvl 74) - For 2 minutes, decreases user's critical attack rate by 20% and frontal critical damage by 20%. Increases the probability of deadly attack by 40% and rear critical damage by 60%.
    • Stage 3 (learnable at lvl 78) - For 2 minutes, decreases user's critical attack rate by 30% and frontal critical damage by 30%. Increases the probability of deadly attack by 60% and rear critical damage by 90. (same as untouched skill)

  • Focus Power (Treasure Hunter and Abyss Walker)

    • Stage 1 (learnable at lvl 60) - For 2 minutes, decreases frontal critical attack damage by 10%, increases side critical attack damage by 10% and rear critical attack damage by 20%.
    • Stage 2 (learnable at lvl 74) - For 2 minutes, decreases frontal critical attack damage by 20%, increases side critical attack damage by 20% and rear critical attack damage by 40%.
    • Stage 3 (learnable at lvl 78) - For 2 minutes, decreases frontal critical attack damage by 30%, increases side critical attack damage by 30% and rear critical attack damage by 60%. (same as untouched skill)

  • Focus Chance (Treasure Hunter and Plainswalker)

    • Stage 1 (learnable at lvl 60) - For 2 minutes, decreases frontal critical attack rate by 10%, increases side critical attack rate by 10% and rear critical attack rate by 20%.
    • Stage 2 (learnable at lvl 74) - For 2 minutes, decreases frontal critical attack rate by 20%, increases side critical attack rate by 20% and rear critical attack rate by 40%.
    • Stage 3 (learnable at lvl 78) - For 2 minutes, decreases frontal critical attack rate by 30%, increases side critical attack rate by 30% and rear critical attack rate by 60%. (same as untouched skill)

[ Tanks ]

  • Deflect Arrow:
    We're adjusting this skill to scale with armor type and benefit the heavy armor users the most. This will be applied to ALL lvls of the skill (to include BD and SWS in the change)

    • Heavy Armor Users - 10 15% bow resistance +10% M.def
    • Light Armor Users - 10 15% bow resistance +5% M.def
    • Robe Armor Users - 10 15% bow resistance
  • Angelic Icon:
    Now also works for Dual weapons



[ Tyrant ]


All Force skills now ignore shield defense

  • Rabbit Spirit Tottem:
    Changed the skill to have less drawbacks and more upsides

    • Pros: +30% speed | +12 evasion | +20% attack speed (with fists)
    • Cons: -9 accuracy | -30% p.attack
  • (NEW) Maximum Focus Force:
    Level 1 (learnable at lvl 79) Immediatly increases Force Energy to its maximum value of 8



[ Gladiator ]


All Sonic skills now ignore shield defense

  • Sonic Move
    Changed the skill to not consume forces on use

    • Level 1 Increase movement speed by 40 for 15 seconds. Requires 2 Force Charges
    • Level 2 Increase movement speed by 66 for 15 seconds. Requires 3 Force Charges
  • (NEW) Maximum Focus Sonic:
    Level 1 (learnable at lvl 79) Immediatly increases Force Energy to its maximum value of 8

  • Riposte Stance  Fixed a bug with this skill that was preventing it to reflect buffs and debuffs. Working as intended now

  • We have removed the ability for Dagger blows to FULL-LETHAL (HP lethal). They will still be able to HALF-LETHAL (CP lethal). We feel like this was a needed change as this classes are already benefiting from other changes that can make them extremely powerful without the need of the lucky 1 hp lethal facestab.
  • Dodge
    Increased base cooldown from 75 seconds to 150 seconds
  • Counterattack
    Increased base cooldown from 75 seconds to 150 seconds




  • Summon Shadow  Similar to Boxer the Unicorn and Kat the Cat, we are adding the Recharge skill to this summon in hopes to keep it inline with the other summoners




  • Sonic Focus / Focused Force  Added a new lvl for this skills at lvl 76 that increases the maximum force level they can generate to 8
  • Sonic Rage / Raging Force  Added a new lvl for this skills at lvl 76 that increases the maximum force level they can generate to 8
  • Rabbit Spirit Tottem  Now learnable at lvl 60 instead of lvl 62

As part of our restart today, we have made some changes to Agression and Aura Hate





  • We have yet again increased the power of Agression and Aura Hate as last update wasn't enough to consistently keep agro on bosses

  • Increased target-lock duration of Agression from 3 to 5 seconds

  • Decreased static cooldown of Aura Hate from 20 to 18 seconds

In addition to the changes regarding the transition to stage 2, which you can read more about here (https://forum.dragon-community.net/index.php/topic,299347.msg2539006.html#msg2539006), we've reverted back one of the changes we did on the previous update that proved to be too strong.





  • Reverted back target-lock duration of Agression from 5 to its original 3 seconds

  • Now Heart of Pa'agrio does not count as a buff slot, just like Greater Heal
