there are no "thiese are better, those are worse"  in art, it depends entirely on the tastes of the one viewing it at the moment.

take mine for example, I like the idea, but not the way it turned out...  however, it'll do till I manage something better

as for the shavour/Ashlynn debate, well, some of them (from both) I think are great, and some of them (for both) I think look awful

=== HOW TO MAKE A GOOD SCREEN ===

Follow these points carefully for the best result:

1- Zoom in on your char. The more pixels, the better.
2- Set graphics to high, and turn anti-aliasing on. Dont use any shaders!
3- Sunlight should hit your character on the front. This gives a better contrast.
4- Behind your character there should be a clear light sky. This gives a better result when cutting out.
5- Make sure you set the screenshot-setting to BMP (bitmap).

One of the best locations is just north of Rune. From Rune take the exit that leads to the harbor, and just when you are out of Rune there are some mountains on your right. Stand on the top of them during daylight and make the screenshot.

Note that maximum signature size on this forum is 500x200, usually i will make 400x200, but other resolution (within reasonable limits) are possible too.

24-bit PNG supported is supported well from IE7 and FF2. How is chrome with it?
