If you have any skill that is not working, that is sincerely overpowered, or isn't working correctly or simply needs a fix/change/nerf/twist/balance, post them here.

- Explain clearly what is wrong with the skill, by all means, try to add suggestions in what way to fix/balance/change the skill.
- Add which classes have this skill, and make sure you type the skill name correct.

- Iron shield, disappears after getting other buff shield (tanks classes)
- Vengeance, enchanting to "decrease penalty"- effect doesn't work (tank classes)

*Insane Crusher - don’t work and should be used only with sword or blunt.

*Mana Gain - you should buff with it other targets, not self.
*Skill Expertise S, should be that you can't wear S80 (weapons,dynasty sets). For example: have you got lvl 78 and wear Armor/Weapon S80 you should get grade penalty.
*Servitor Barrier - land on master, it shouldn’t to be that. Should give invicible to summon.
*Hurricane Assult – don’t work
*Crushing Pain - range should be 40 but is like 300-400.
*Skill Protection of Rune is don’t work like should be. Skill when is active shouldn't removes magic barrier. After Protection of Rune quiting, you haven’t got magic barrier. It shouldn't to be that.

-fist fury work as it should imo ( i have tyr) and it will be owerpower with fist fury
Game BUGS
- NPC giving "enternance to stell citadel" dont work
- mobs "sand devils" dont drop summon smart cubic spell book
- i know Track reduct drop rate of evil weapons .... but only 3 ppl making this quest on serv. and after so many days we have 1 rec. icarus on serv .... and u need mats and another recept .. and its 60% consider increasing drop rate becous its 10 times lover than on official or more. ( Icarus Weapons quest on HB)
- Knights epaluette dont work ( should be droped by mobs on fortres sieage or in Castle)
-Elemental stone dont work ( no npc to start quest) but track told he is working on it
-Apella is still buged
-some SA on dynasty weapons dont work ( CD on Dagger for example)
-dony dont have Dynasty Crusher weapon to buy for coins
-Mobs dont drop ransmutations scrols ( and no npc to learn tham) :) but i dont know it will work on Nm or no
-some port bugs from Gk
-and soem funny exploits ;) u can kill RB over and over :P
but HB rox and GMs made superb work and many ppl back to server :) GL with fixing this few bugs and dont working stuffs

smart cubic is not working properly... i mean atm it just roots and after i read some topics on others forums it should do this :

some enchanted skills like clarity have no effect. a +12 clarity has same effect as a +0
also arrest enchanted to add damage while used not working
and most of passive enchanted skills not working as well
Some notes about Berserker's skills.
Critical Sense passive doesn't add critical damage bonus and not full bonus for critical rate.
Death Mark doesn't work. Supposed to decrease p.def/m.def and reduce health over time, but it does not.
Erase Mark doesn't work at all or has very low success rate. Supposed to remove it every time.
Disarm - very low randing rate. In fact, I couldn't land it even once in PvP, raise the probability please.
Scorn doesn't work at all. Also, in skill description it says range 40, what kind of a aggro skill is that with 40 range?
Storm Assault is ridiculously weak. Does nearly 200 damage on monsters while having 2200 p.atk on the character. Boost it please. Not to mention in PvP it does like 50 pitiful points of damage...
Spread Wing same problem as with Storm Assault. I know these skills have fast reuse, but 150-200 damage with very high character p.atk is wrong.
Blade Rush, which is very important, doesn't work. Never adds bleeding effect to the target. Hoping for a quick fix on that.
Crushing Pain works as AoE attack and can be triggered without targeting anyone. As far as I know, this is a single target attack.
Strike Back - zero effect. I know that counterattack of Abyss Walker and Shield Of Revenge of Dark Avenger have similliar effects and they aren't implemented yet, but hopefully they all get to work soon. This skill is pretty important for Kamaels in PvPs.
EDIT: True Berserker's MP consumption is very high, 23 MP per tick unbuffed. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that much.
Re-checked Critical Sense - I think it works completely only with non-kamael weapons, it doesn't add full bonus critical rate and no critical power with Ancient Swords.
hmm, got a question here and dunno if it's already written somewhere...
what about some mage skills:
like blizzard (should work w/o seed's shouldnt it?)
and those new skills like diamond dust/empowering echo, throne of ice/wind/count of fire, vortex crusher/buster/slug; are they all working?? (haven't tested so far, that's why i'm asking)
are the massive attack skills (with spellforces) working yet? like cyclone/raging waves/volcano...
another one goes for smart cubic and iron shield?
and very last one goes for the protection skills (alignement/rune and elemental) ? working?

Needs to be reversed to fire attack... atleast for a short period of time to test it. As you promised quite some time ago.

- skill "Spirit of saggitarius" (i think, it's the one that should decrease MP cost of skills) does not work.
majesty+12(increase power) have the same bonus for p def like majesty+0; angelic icon+11(duration) have the same duration like +0. sonic buster and sonic blaster+12( increase power) have the same efect like+7. ultimate defence have the same recovery time if is enchanted( for fast recharge) or not. this is for a pala/gladi char.
Ice Vortex Crusher cooltime is waaaaaay longer than Ice Vortex, and those both skills should have the same cooltime. Also, the dmg made from Wind Vortex Slug/Ice Vortex Crusher/Fire Vortex Buster is really low, it should be like Vortex dmg *1.3 or 1.4, not very sure about the damage, but it's supossed to be bigger than the normal vortices since they are removed after using this skill.
Well, if I can add something: Hex, Dark elven fighter debuff, need some balance (at last i think so :P) Atm it's almost useless on pvp since you're dead before you end cansting it, and on fighter stats landing rate is rlly low. If it's possible, make that hex cast will be based on attack speed, and increase landing rate for it :>

anyway since thread name is balance of powers not just bugged, skills, here's some more that should be balanced:
- shield of faith is the new FOI
- stacking chant of protection and winstorm reduce crit damage from arrows probably too much, you're gonna make 300 damage to sh with 9K patk full buffed+elemental buff+elemental song and hes gonna hit back with 5K faster than u can fire anyway ^^ (unlike you, i do have both chars :P)
on a real tank (hi 12K pdef) damage from these 9k patk never goes above 20.. lol :p
necros skill poisonous cloud doesnt work as it should . i dont think anyone ll notice it cause most of us used to press f1-f2 but i wanna use all my skills
so his problem is that it never lands while curse poison for 1 target lands sometimes
ps : smth of all that we mentioned got fixed?

anti-critical dmg buffs are to overpowered, whit icarus +5 dmg is max 1000 or less sometimes even on mages and i have a he/wl whit more than 7k of p atack, this kind of buff should reduce dmg in 15-20% max i think, but here is more than 50% dm reduced so pvps whitout this buffs like wc have vs a pt whit wc are not balanced, so u need a full buff good pt or stay at town, soon small clans whitout many menbers and w/o this kind of buffs will never win a match and they will leave, and server will be a 2 allys server like it is now. thats nightmare need more allys and clans cous pvping always vs same wartags are kinda bored.
Cardinal skill balance life has insanse reuse (had longer reuse in IL too but this is too much) and i know there is divine power skill which should have renewal effect (if im not wrong) but it doesnt really help. Test and see for yourselves aaand try to fix if possible, thanks.

The buff reduces 30% dammage and i think its not that bad since now we might even get some other chars on the server than 70% archers + i think its balanced since icarus bow is like a machine gun xD

And that grade penalty after transformation end.
Focus Death and Focus Power damage values are somewhat wrong. Both skills should increase damage dealt from sides - which they don't, and the back damage bonuses only add slightly more than half of needed ammount. Not sure about Focus Chance, re-check the percentage again if possible.
Invocation dun have animation.
Chant of spirit is animation since C4 so may be we will get it now

Hierophant's mystic immunity spell - like every spell it's casting speed and reuse should be based on casting speed stat, but it's based on attack speed.

Two small but important notes about Berserker
Storm Assault consumes 3 souls when used, it's an AoE attack. But when hitting a group of enemies, soul count goes down 3 point for every next mob you hit, so for 33 souls you can only hit 11 enemies. Its supposed to be 3 souls to launch the skill and that's it, the number of enemies doesn't matter. Note this when fixing Blade Rush too.
Enuma Elish doesn't work. But I guess 3rd job kamael skills aren't implemented yet.
Oh, and kamael exclusive item Bottle Of Souls and Full Bottle Of Souls should have no re-use time, it is 5 seconds now. Change that please.
Gm if you can check one more time lethal ... 9/10 fights on oly and lethal at start vs th/xx ....its normal ?
for now 10/11 lethal :)

You know nothing, PR/WL was already nerfed before this nerf, it has had -10 run speed from the start. PR/WL is really hard to kite with, while HE/WL doesn't have the -speed in stats and has Dash.
SR/WL has huge atk speed only when he adds Thrill Fight, but who uses that shit in PvP?

agree , speed thing freaks up that combo and hard kiting with it but lets face it sr/wl with Icarus bow can reaches 1.9k or even 2k attack speed on max setup + war cry thats can really make crazy damage , and PR/WL used to see that combo hitting mages in dyna for 6k/7k :D , so to remove war cry from this combos is fair , but he/wl that got totaly head shot thats what I care about . and if u really care about kiting u can just switch to PR/SR stats and don't use thrill fight , ofc u will lose load of HP but u will get more atk speed / speed / evasion / accurecy / critical rate / less reuse time for skills .

PR/WL without War Cry is just a PR with a lot of HP/CP.
SR/WL without War Cry is just a SR with a lot of HP/CP.
So why should HE/WL keep War Cry and those 2 combo's shouldn't? SR is based on speed, PR is based on Crit Dmg, HE is in the middle of them, it's normal.

So why should HE/WL keep War Cry and those 2 combo's shouldn't? SR is based on speed, PR is based on Crit Dmg, HE is in the middle of them, it's normal.
war cry is abig add in damage for SR/WL and PR/WL and ofc NOT as much as hawk , what I wanna say this combos can survive without war cry but hawk not , SR still got his atk speed skill and PR his critical damage skill and enjoying load of hp/cp .

And HE doesn't? HE still got its Dash, and SR/WL with the high atk speed can't kite, PR/WL can't kite because of the Run speed nerf, so that makes HE/WL the best kiter of the 3, so your point again?

I said switch on SR/PR stats and don't use thrill fight and u will able to kite with decent speed and u will keep ur cool p.atk and critical damage / attack speed , but for hawk even his only skill snipe not working correctly like it should be , what I wanna say over all if war cry nerf reduced the power of SR/WL and PR/WL they still playable but hawk is DEAD .
DOn't think I agree with the nerf but I have to say if that nerf was made in IL times for PR/WL and SR/WL I would say it's totaly fair but for now it's not , at the moment no one walks without chant of protection and song of wind storm and shield of faith that gives 20 secs of UD without hold in the ground made archers suffers .

pr/wl or sr/wl without using thrill fight on pr or sr stats is very much like a unsubbed pr or sr, that's what he means.
on wl stats, its a pr or sr with more hps
only battleroar is useful, but thats not worth subbed for it.
revival is unuseable (its been nerfed so that u can use it with ~100 hp only you know)
braveheart reuse is just funny (zealot is faster than braveheart)
warcry doesnt work
focus attack doesnt work
etc
the first thing i think is to agree that also talkin about difference between atk speed and crit damage.... with new damage reduction buff is quite ridiculous
crit and normal hit has 200-300 difference damage
and this has no sense at all

Found a huge bug about Final Form
After the effect of Final Form ends, all of the default passives disappear from the character. Including Weight Limit, Buff Shield, Lucky, Unstuck and all other default passive skills. Fix that as fast as possible please.
Also, only Spread Wing in Final Form works, 3 other skills are only animation. I guess it's already known.
