guy X share his account with Y & Z
X is a good guy. let's say he is an angel.
Y & Z are known botters (and X knows also. but he give his account without problem becouse they are "friends")
guess what?
X items PUFFFFFFFFFFF disappeared, char haked and naked. all items resold allover server.
what should i do?
respawn itemsand give them back for free ????
remove items to actual (legit) owner bought for adena or coin???
or simply nothing becouse it's 100% walker hack?
gimme your opinion without too much spam pls.
and for 1 time, try to be serious

most of scams come from friends/other users of accounts ...and ppl who use l2w and other sh1t programs
so once again , let them pay for their stupidity.
If X really is an angel, spawn back items for him with one exception, X can't lend items anymore to Y's and Z's chars. If that would happen, you"ll easily find a way to ban him again.
Also ban Y's and/or Z's 1-1 char who could have caused the "scam" - whatever we call it. (If you can't tell which user was responsible for missing items, ban both. That's what I meant with "and/or")
This is MY OWN opinion, it has nothing to do with GM's final decision. Good luck.

Punishment must be to not repeat again
If Y and Z using X account, ignore that, everyone is master of his actions (if are friends).... or ban all.
If you detect that Y and Z never used the account of X and was a hack (for IP), ban on Y and Z and return items, but set a time limit for reporting this...maybe days... (it easier to reverse the actions)
just giving ideas.. :)

Soo if someone play on NM from beginning you will catch him first time but he tell you that he is from infinity he will not get ban but if he sey that he is from NM you will ban him? Rules shoudl be same for every1. It is one serwer now.

i never catched them botting HERE (AFTER MERGE).
Piccy, you should decide 1 thing: either to help shared chars or not, indifferently to whom they are shared (botters or not).
(actully on most off servers sharing is prohibitd, same as selling fo RL money and "botting")

For example: If person A shares acc with person B he should know something always can happen even if you trust him/her.
You know you CAN get hacked/scammed, and if the person who used acc was so dumb to get the bot banned cause of L2w or any illegal stuff like that. That person should solve it with the owner (by giving coins or creating a new char).
Sharing accounts is always at own risk, and peoples shouldn't forget that yet abuse it.

IMO (even if i am a noname)
-search scammers who stole items and perma ban all his accounts; bring items and make an event with all...
-about X, he could change his password if he knew Y&Z were well known, so he loose his items; if he is really an angel, he has this time a good lesson of life, dont be naive(if he is really an angel if u make event with his items, winners will give him back)....
-about policy of server, read the rule "do not share your account etc.....", so GM and owner are not guilty if u are scammed.....
imo u shoudn`t ever help with hacked accounts - 100% cases is because of stupidity... sharing, weak password, using crap soft etc.
if they are morons they shoud pay for that
so, Piccy, what was the desision?

Suports with 2-3 max. No one boting on any me account.

I think it would be the right decision, but we have a problem here.
We hae seen many times that GMs helped for ppl in the past (even if the hacked guy was the biggest botter on the server). So after helping them u must help the others too, cos to let "innocent" ppl to lose anything is not rightous at all. So if i could mention anything, then try to help them and ban the "wellknown" botters main chars with their farming team too.
I dont think there is someone working hard for brake DN ppl's passwords like if it was bank accounts.
So.... if you dont share and don't bot, your items won't be stole!
Its stupid to want GM to track all your items and get them back. Doesn't matter who you are, if your items got stole, ITS YOUR FAULT!

who should be punished it is exactly you for challenging me from of thief/freaking sacmer and what's more I had a problem when lost items not you but fortunately I have everything so stop flame me !! ^^ btw piccy he said the case is closed stupid situation bacasue nobody knows what happened.
i think the problem its really to deside if X relly is an "angel" ....
if you sure that X is really very good guy who play feer, but shared is char with friends , you should return his ithems to him, and give him warning so it not happend again with same guy...

1st of all u hide ur own items, then telling ALL that trackzero said that salus got it and leter he back to u all again :D
Problem was that salus was offline long time (what gm check), your screen was from other server and for last ur version from start was strange. 2nd yousti said that u never boting and dont know how set it (just lol). If i (and some others old Wshadows) good remeber u was all time boting and seying that on vt (even i found u too not 1 time). 3rd i heard u get boss set from aod, and leter u sellin antaras on allegro (polish ebay) and for that is also ban. the funniest fact is all proofs are against u but aod still believe u :D
