Ihmo the more assholes they ban, the better. If we had GM's that permaban botters on first offence and not just that char, all the accounts of such asshole, then half of the people that left would still be playing. And if there is a choice for me to accept a botter or get one less player by banning him, I would always chose the second.

Then that is perfect but I know off a few that still linger around and use them. Some of them were even banned and later released after 24H and their bot was reclassified to quadbox or some excuse like that. Unfortunately the person who witnessed that made no screens but I got my eye on him from now on.
Why Iam I saying this is that I don't want to see the story repeat which I experienced on one other unnamed server, and a thing happened there that the big clans and alliances got more and more daring and the GM's just refused to touch them, cause it was always like "you ban me 200+ people leave!" so... they got away with it, and then the general population saw it and obviously left as a result thus the server died that way. Even Kabally here told me on TS that he once did similar thing and got away with it in a very similar manner. That was dangerous for me to hear, dangerous for the server.

L2 is a buff-based open world pvp game.
Nowadays there is no buffbased MMO, no truly open world mmo, and pure pvp mmo is rare as hell too. So if you don't enjoy the core of this game, then you are free to uninstall asap. These crap modifications and chronicles that ppl are crying for are what killed the true L2. SPECIALLY on STACKSUB server, where everyone who hates to box can get a buffer sub. Not enough? Then don't play SOLO, this is an MMO.
You wanna see NPC Buffer? Cool idea, I wonder how long would you run around on the server, to find something that is not PR/PS, or any nuker with summoner sub. That would be truly awesome.

What do you have against NM robe.... its beautiful visually and cost-effective for farming. :P And its 78 kills and i have not played the char since 1,5 month cause it suxx and its actually only good for farming. Since then it served as a public buffpet for the clan more then anything else, so does now. There would be less problem like this, if buff subs would give anything beside the buffs themselves. I mean, he/pp vs he/wk, he/wk can get the same buffs from someone, and then it will be stronger. Or pr/ps vs pr/bd. Old times, he/pp had stacking masteries, decent casting speed. pr/bd had no drawbacks from ud and deflect arrow. That's why everyone playing summoner subs now. This leads to the necessity of dual box.

Yes the removal of stacking masteries (in some cases) and other questionable balance decisions like nerfing deflect arrow or adding the 40% crit damage tattoo (yeah GG) resulted that my old main is like useless and on old infi it was a good char. And now someone will come and say (ha you should have planned it! the changes were announced in advance... yeah yeah pls... without any test server phase sure....). So now mostly the x class vs x summoner of that race sub is pretty much always superior PVP wise.

That's sad true, there are maybe 200 players online and a lot more offline shops (50% of those shops standing several days, maybe weeks with same stuff o.O). Gameplay is focused on high lv players, there is no life in 60lv game, gludio, dion, schuttgardt, goddard are empty towns. Popular exp zones are empty. There are just tones of shops in giran and that's all.
