At last spoil rate should be significantly higher then on tarantula. Since hellbound brings only new farm (everyone had to farm HB for dynasty sets and we all know how many items needed) people will do more farm like mad. U cant loose the PVP part here or u loose players again so dont let ppl farm long time or it ll be screwed again.

Exp rates will be just fine (15x; you should at least read the description), in addition we will have runes to boost rates to some +% for those who dont have much free time to farm but still to be able to respond to "no life" players.

Well dunno if there will be free thirdclass in HB (kinda hope not) but the double ketra/varka reward is not only for 3rd prof quest though ;b It'll make it easier to get S grade armor recipes aswell.

Who cares. S grades will be just temporary anyways, since we'll have a Dynasty (s80). I kinda hope that they will change it a bit and make it wearable since 76lvl, like normal s grade, but it's not such a big deal anyway. AND PLS GOD FORBID IMPLEMENTING DN SETS :P

Why should we touch any of the skills if we will be running official setup with no sub stack. There will be no skill nerfs...
This is 1 of major reasons, why we dropped substack idea on our new servers. After years of struggle, we realised that there is no way to balance it. Even if you try to perfectly balance (tara) players complain that their chars "suck" and mass leave or 2nd scenario , unreasonable "nerfs n fixes" (dragon), results same.
Therefor we will be running l2classic server as it is ment to be years ago, so dont expect any of the skill "boosting n nerfing".
skills work as they should in Hellbound
keep in mind this is not c4 based, so it's not something like HB servers were back in 2009-2011~

Dude I've been in a loooot of servers and I have seen a lot of Dragon network players in them, they come and go. Actually my point is most of those private servers are alive for little periods, and a big part of Lineage players know about Dragon-Network. Played or not, they have heard it. Which is good thing. DN is alive since long time, and I think it was really even late for retail server w/o substuck because it's way more difficult to ballance server with substuck. And oly? It's a joke! Look at x15 Dragon, fukin buffer kill you with ease.. it's not the GM's foult, its just the way it is.
Hoping that in those new servers we will find who is really good and who not. It's not for noobs, thats for sure.

Of course he is, else how could we do this tremendous work? He is 1 of 3 active developers working on these projects.However he stopped posting at forum (obviously why).
About Dragon, you have to ask main GM there ShowStopper, because we have nothing to do with Dragon developing.

If you did play HB on dn years ago and never tested a retail attribute system id reccomend you to try it out,old dn hb and this one are totally 2 different servers,we are running full retail attribute system.

Pvp on HB is better then on interlude for me ofc, on GF is good to but higher chronicle then GF are sucks, on HB or GF farm is not bad if u know how farm, u can farm easy and with pleasure.

what is better on pvp in hb or gracia tell me? all u need for pvp is varka, draco set, draco bow and skills...gracia final is the most shitty crap ever created...
best pvp is when you need to defend your intrests. farm/quests/epics/sieges (if serv is working fine manor means alot). L2 is grind/pvp game not moba or so where you can just fight non stop. So it is all about ballance of grind and pvp.
Oh well, you got me once again, DN! I will probably be here for the grand opening and I really want to see something different from you, guys. The non substack option is something new to DN and I hope it develop to positivity. Can't wait to see what you've prepare for us once again!

2 questions ;
If you get for example active augument vampiric claw .. what is the skill reload time?
If the rates are x15, it will suck for some classes to get to a high lvl .. can u change rates a bit higher.

There will be much more than all servers put together in Hellbound. Because there is not any other good private HB server in the world. We have already H5... HB is more attractive.

All will have to xp in one spot for long time = a lot of pvp.
It's about personal choice of course. Noone can force you. I respect free will. But if you ask me what I will prefer. Yes I would prefer, like you call it "small old TV" (Hellbound) . Hellbound is much better in PvP way, than PvE H5, H5 is heaven to spoilers, instance zone parties, etc... all these are good part of the game of course, but I think the more places to farm the less the PvP actions. Thats my opinion. But in Hellbound the best places for farm are just few, where you can always find PvP. "Stop ks my mob! Pew pew" I miss that so much. :'( ::)
P.S.
While thinking bigger, I want to mention that you can't simply update H5.. We stuck on it. Can't update, it's kinda depressing to know that we wouln't move to something new.
And when the time comes it get's all boring, so they implement few new items which makes your chars more powerful, and more and more ... then comes nerfs, then comes fixes, then comes problems. See? So much problems :D I prefer to stuck on Hellbound, than on H5..
