Yes, some players did purchase some goods from bad players. We are aware of that. In order to get refunded you have to write to alannah, with a name of char and what you have lost. Whenever it was a legit trade coins/adena (of course baium doesnt cost 1 adena nor 1 dc f.e) you will be refunded. It takes time and give us 72h to clear those legit cases.
I really dont understand, why people who did this mess and who were directly involved are trying to push it and ask myself why they are punished. If you cant catch up others by playing legit, then im affraid , you have picked wrong strategy.

LEGIT cases will be refunded, some will be dont tonight, others will be done in the following days. Just be patient, and everything will be alright.

2 give some benefit to each of the servers for the time lost (DC, s, BOG, EXP runes, or something)

4 ban the IPs that are using hakers (the bots are there included and both sides because you have to be aware that not only russianmafia cheating, I have seen a pair of BOTs in the pts of FEARs even in pvp mass, these IPs They should be banned, whoever is the leader, leader or weaver)

I really have no idea how did you managed to put drake-server-seling items-amount of money in the same line. Simply Sam was out of the control (or at least someone abused him and stole his credentials). This is not the 1st time such things happen on any server. We feel sorry for the people that have spend money to some random greedy cunt,that money could have been gone to servers maitenance and bills, but well... And anyway, when someone wants to support the server, he does it by purchasing coins trough official web, not by buying anything from a 3rd party person/web.
