Yes, some players did purchase some goods from bad players. We are aware of that. In order to get refunded you have to write to alannah, with a name of char and what you have lost. Whenever it was a legit trade coins/adena (of course baium doesnt cost 1 adena nor 1 dc f.e) you will be refunded. It takes time and give us 72h to clear those legit cases.

I really dont understand, why people who did this mess and who were directly involved are trying to push it and ask myself why they are punished. If you cant catch up others by playing legit, then im affraid , you have picked wrong strategy.

LEGIT cases will be refunded, some will be dont tonight, others will be done in the following days. Just be patient, and everything will be alright.

Should I just write what I lost ? As is my case I bought Saint Spear + Haste Fire attribute lvl 1 item and Invested time ( putting fire stones which I bought seperate to make lvl 3 ). In the end i lost like 160 Coins and got nothing.

how you will handel this :  like  Self made db+6 traded for aq ? how you know how many coins are 1 db +6

Or 1 clan member lose am +4 with passiv WM

You can shut take all Epic but leave all other items on the ppl ..  now 40 % of them dont have Amor or Wepon ... so how they will Play ?
