Hmmm i did that by accident on some other srv, so imo its possible to do in confing somehow. No need to download some sh1t programs.

y that's an easy client mod which is built-in, you just need to bind a hotkey for it, default is numpad 7, I guess client modding is end for you at coloring sysmessages like this everything non-retail should be bannable, drop-spoil patch mod etc.
if admins would really care about pure client gameplay, they should just put crc file check before login, like dex uses
