We enchanted hurricane skill +28 on STORM route and doesnt change anything. We tested it before and after and there is not any effect. On skill description it says that it should remove target with a certain rate. Please check it because is not working. Thx

It does not lower atr of enemy, it increase your attribute on nuke, thats big diff.
