seems they focked this skill, so that you can't learn it on retail now
ofc they "don't  know"( and ofc they will miss this kind of sentences) and will not look at those "mutants", that learnt the skill
but what is strange, it looks like they stole/bought code, and this is the reason, they can't officially say, that mutants are now not allowed to learn those skills

Probably, at start you could learn the FS at the basic level retail like, Drake probably changed it to 80+ lvls, so any mutant that learned it early is just lucky, because now you can't anymore x)

Mutual response isn't working, 100% sure.

Excessiv loyalty isn't working, it's a passiv that affects pet and it is therefore hard to tell, but yet i tested it a lot and to me it is definitely not working

Before maybe, but atm i think u need 80-81lv. Because i can't learn this cursed forgotten scroll (Fighter's Will) on my Glad/Pala (79lv atm).
Give me same like on Th/Pala, but this time problem is with level of this char.

alt u have glad/pala?

take it to 80 and u will see fighter will is learnable (on glad only)
