hmmm.... dunno many websites say only high+top give glow, and i used over 200 mibs few weeks ago, and i can say i never got a glow

Active: Regenerates MP with a certain probability when damage incurred.
Chance is low and also regenerates 0 mp.

i have wm lvl 9 passive  and wm8 triagle (2-nd weapon)
full buf for m-critic  ~50%

char necro/sorc  + dynasty + dye +4 wit (without valakas)


if someone know how many % take me this agumentation plsss write
