Before starting new post about errors, please check the guide once again.

1. Did you do all exactly same as it written ?
- For Infinity/Dragon/Nightmare/Arena, you need CT1 Hellbound (CT1.5) client and HB patch (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=TDPYORHF).


2. then do "Check full" on LineageII DNet launcher(BAKE ICE). Is it completed ? If not, try again later. You must update the files through DN launcher.

Still getting trouble ?

Ok then write the details of your problem (what / when / how it happens ?) and the copy of the error logs (if you have).
Also write what you did to solve your problem if possible.

You get any solution ? Grats now please reply to your post, how you solved the problem.
Even when the answer/suggestion doesn't work, please reply to the answer.

When you are going to make same post in another section on DN forum, please close old one or put the link to your new post.




Registered Email, secret questions and answers

When you start to play on DN, you need to register an email, secret questions and answers for each account.

You can use same email account for accounts but remember that you will lose all access to your accounts when you lose that email account. Those are required to access to your account information.

1. please use safe email account and try to maintain your email account.
2. please keep all information in your hands, email address, email password, secret questions ,answers and of course your account name and password or you cannot even declare that it's yours.

GM won't help all cases regarding to troubles on account. There can be "exceptions" but remember that it's "exception". When you stop maintaining your account, it's not the case. You will simply lose the control of your account.

Also

1. GM doesn't Not all GMs have access to account data base. It's neccessary for security of the account data base.
2. Hacked account can be restored but FIRST, you must be responsible to your account. When you have all access to your hacked account, you can change password BECAUSE NONE HACKS REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS INCLUDING GM.

If you want "special care" from server administrator, you must find a house on the moon. Admin of DN server is living on the moon atm and he is really kind to his neighbors.




FAQ

I get a error "Can't Create Process"

You must be Windows Vista user. Right click on the loader(BAKE ICE LineageII launcher) and check on "Run as administrator".



I cannot complete Check Full

Try again later or disable your firewall then check full. (don't forget to restart your firewall program later)



Cannot start the game after full check completed

Try deleting Lineage II\system holder and full check again. (DN loader will start downloading whole up-to-date system files.)

I get critical error and I see something relating to Texture LineageMonstersTex.death_knight_t00 in error logs

If you installed wrong version of L2 client, you may receive this error message.

Please install the HB client and follow the install guide.

Do I have to re-install Lineage II client ?
You can find lots of error report and suggestions in forum. You better try them first but if you still cannot even understand what's wrong, you can try re-installing.
There has been reported from some users that they solved their problem, for example "General protection fault! History: UOrcMove::CalculateCRC32 <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine" or "game inject hook failed." by re-installing client.

Before re-installing, delete Lineage II folder (move the screen shots in "system" folder to other place if it's neccessary). Then after all please don't forget to "Full Check" on loader.

In case your installer is corrupted, you have to try downloading Interlude installer from other download sites.

You don't have to "LOCK TOPIC". If you are going to move to new one, just write so and ppl can spam there.  ;D
