Tattoo upgrading process from 3 to 4 is bugged , both tattoos empowered and normal asks for crystals stage 12 .

"Annihilation Circle" and "Curse of divinity" don't work as i should. Kamael soulbound class.
"Steal Divinity" too.

or sps still goes to 90-100%?

I've plaid with bd/se for 2h and nitice that m crit rate is really low even wm and siran.
