what about those npc's which add stones in wep/arm ?

Its called Attributes and u dont need npc to put it on weapon or armor .. all u need is double click .. npc is needed to change attribute or switch stones and all of that not working

i just want to say good game to all ppl that sale now Draconic Bows because they think that Icarus Spitter will have Normal attack speed

Icarus Spitter attack speed on official server never was NORMAL  that was only bug on PTS same like faster reuse

All bows have a base Weapon Delay of 1500

Faster reuse have only bows with SA quick recovery

Bow of Peril+qr 1310
Crystaliized Ice Bow+qr 1248
Elemental Bow+qr 639
Shyeed's Bow+qr 680
Soul Bow+qr 697



Icarus Spitter attack speed should be SLOW and reuse time 1500
