they are illegal, so do it at your own risk

I think if it gives you an advantage IG, it should be illegal. (HP/CP, aggro lvl, lvl of mobs, chest/boxes, zoom through walls...)

LVL of mob, agro, chest-boxes is SAME as colored messages = manual TEXT EDITING (different file, but same way)
zoom thru walls is same as zoom (options parametr change)
hp/cp - i guess bot, i don't know any LA files editing can allow this

It's not. If it was p2p at dn, it would be illegal. But the gms classify money as donations. Donations by definition are just unrequired gifts. In reality we users are just buying gear and quite honestly don't really care how it's classified. NCSoft is likely annoyed but since it's all funded by donations, they can't do shit. Except l2extreme was taken down by the fbi likely because they didn't do their paperwork just so. No other sites/servers went down. Just the former biggest one. Had more population than retail.
