From HB mob u get tickets that in descriptions says: allowed any char to free port to HB etc ect

they are not tradable/resellable... so.... what are they meant to be ? if i am in hb....i don't need free teleport

Did u ever notice that when u are in hellbound u get a message: You are in a region where map is not available?

Did u ever notice when u are in another location and open the map, do u see somewhere hellbound island?

Im sure u can figure out, if its meant to be or not.

PS: u can get the right to see the map, by doing "something"

btw...hellbound island in visible on map.... is that whirlind shit under ol mahum checkpoint (south south south)
