I remeber 1 good thing  what i saw on  other server  what was able for all  bad actions.
Hit npc/use  texture bugs/terrian bugs/buff rb/heal rb/spamm  etc etc  -- Gm frostification skill   like  Rb curse  paralyse
Minimal was  12 hours  and  time  coming to 0  only when you are on 
"like  if you got forstification and log off on  11h 59 min  when you will log b you  will have 11h  59 min"

I think  if  gm  here will make something  like that  it will  be  a fail  punishment for   some  probs like that

healing and buffing isnt the same thing.. Cos as it seems i didnt express myself well before.. U can buff raids but u cant heal them, i bet when u saw my post u remembered how u saw buffed raid and u automaticly thought healing is also possible

on NM you can heal raids
