You gotta be shitting me? Do passive skill enchants do taht much of a diffrence? Think i maxed out ES cast speed at 3,3k with dyna set.... That means that Hero zerk+passive skill enchants+apella set is like 1,2k cast speed? Oo

oly buff is a big deal, and it's not only passiv c speed +16 but summon lore +5, which adds both pdef and cspeed, and pretty effective as an enchanted skill.
tbh, 3.3k cspeed at ES, with dyna set is pretty good

Es/Necro... Death spike chaingun. Completely useless since the slightest touch on a skill launched like 3 spikes and only 1 with SS
