last time i tried, reuse was based on attack speed and reuse buffs (champ, renewal) for AI, and for frenzy/zealot - tried on glad/pal and ty/de

however there was something weird with zealot, i used fists, made frenzy, zealot, guts and somehow frenzy and guts have same reuse, altho guts was launched on a higher attack speed due zealot
however if you try to launch a skill on 0 atk spd buffs, and then on full atk spd setup, there is a huge differance

edit: on infinity, dont see why should be differant here

some time ago i was able to run at ai all the time if i had songs, but now i need more 30-40 seconds till i can use it again, gear didnt changed so how to explain that?

becouse reuse is increased and now you need songs to have a decent reuse?

ok let me repeat. At same stuff, at same buffs( full buff) at begining of HB i was able to have ai 1 after 1, now at same buffs as b4 and same stuff i need 40 more seconds to have it rdy.

not, u never saw pvp like that so dont be so sure. I remember some time ago i have pvp with rebel at his pr/pal and i was he/pal. and I won all fights

u won the fights coz u always got ai before me and i had fb clean not focus
