IMO PR/PAL > HE/PAL, but HE/PAL is always good, if you don't have time to make retail and later mutant make HE :)

not, u never saw pvp like that so dont be so sure. I remember some time ago i have pvp with rebel at his pr/pal and i was he/pal. and I won all fights :P

its about enchanting other skill + some of that forggoten scrols can bel learned at 81+ if im not wrong

Getting 80+ level helps, but it's not why HE/PAL is better than PR/PAL lol

It's a skill which HE has that PR does not.

Let me think,if it's not'bout new 80+ skills,the only skill from HE I'd like to have is Dash.

It's a skill that like nobody uses from HE because they are to dumb and only know how press F1 and die.

I bet half the people that play a HE don't even know they have that skill.
