This char offers some of the highest p.atk/crits you can get. And if you run into tank subs you can whip out a pair of duals and still do dmg.
Fun sub but requires some well thought out macro's and quick fingers

I can't speak about PR/GL but I have HE/GL and it is really funny to play As a PR you'll get 7 ~ 9k p.atk easily (depends on your equip), and Duelist Spirit seems to be working with bow
you also get: War Cry, Battle Roar for some basic healing, Braveheart as a very cool CP restoring skill, Lionheart which can save you from various curses and stuns, Duelist Move as a Dash which PR is missing, Sonic Barrier. And as Kidicarus said - you can always switch to duals and handle some tank combos. You'll also get loads of HP and CP.

Things you miss most is good m.def.

Overall, it is great char, nowadays much better then pr/wl or he/wl. In mass PvPs, there is not much chars that could deal bigger damage than you.
As far as set is concerned, I prefer light on archers. Glad has both masteries, heavy and light, but I am using light, since evasion is better then a bit higher p.def.

Duelist Spirit is not increasing atk.spd with bow. Only with duals.

*EDIT*

This char sux, you cannot even cast Kiss of Eva, you cannot equip bow anymore, do not ever make archer/Glad!
