Divine Power - bugged

Skill works like a selfbuff version of Frayer at the moment. Should enchance your healing abilities instead.

Same goes for talismans and augments.

I don't know anything about coding, but this is what i found in augment list.

Prayer Augment: effect={{p_heal_effect;10;per}}
Heal Empower Augment: effect={{p_hp_regen;{all};10;per}}

how it works in offi? i played in other 1000000x server and the skills least like 20 segs and the difference is big :S
