Suggestion about buffs

just go on siege/mass pvp and look what will write bp on pt chat when you ask if he can heal you only to 30% hp...
ofc if he isn't your buff bot.

There are bishops who can deal with it. Ofc not always on 30% HP but try to keep you there. And I remeber when things changed about frenzy and zealot first. When It has effect only on 30% HP and nothing above it. My friend WC/DES buffed the party and when it come to pvp he left the pt used frenzy zealot and went for pvp and i could heal the party . So you have to be creative.
