Yep, I hate to say this, but it would actually be a good ideea

Those so called restricted areas will never be restricted, it would mean the total death and demise of this server, and GM's know it. So yeah, why waste time, play on main, play on retail+sub, switch, switch again, it's freaking useless, it's a substack server ANYWAY.

On the other hand I wont think it will happen just because I think it takes allot of work, as a programmer, to modify the basic L2 game data.

Anywayz, it will be a cool thing though, so yeah, make retail lvl 85.

It's just that these people wanna flame and scream bad things , but no one reasoning out meaningfully why they want or don't want lvl 85 on , basically /tanks will become even more powerful , cuz paladin has flame icon (pt AI ) and SK has pain of shelien (more crit dmge, vr effect , atk speed ) and TK (pt TOL) .

archer -nothing much
Dagger - they made them lol class here , nothing will change them unless you fix daggers .
Mages -frost/flame/hurricane armor (good stuff )
Enchanters - no game changing buffs (infact nothing at all )
Summoners - servitor loyalty or something , nothing interesting
Glad - Weapon blockade. Not too defining .
Warlord -dread pool (mass fear ) cool skill

All classes get protections , which are cool because they help in defense

Basically , the pol who say no , you don't want hellbound skills ? .it creates more variation in pvp .it's just gonna be more FUN cuz of new skills. If you include these at least we will have some use for those scrolls that drop , and perhaps some intrest to still play here , cuz pvp is almost dead here

I agree to everything that HouseIND said.
Some1 said that it will only ruin playing with main class. Let's cut the bulshit, barely anyone is playing their main class, it's only useable while fighting for hero status. We all came here because of stacking subclasses, and it's best for everyone to have a possibility to lvl them to 85 and gain good skills each class posses in this chronicle.
I am hoping that Valkyria Staff will consider giving us more fun by increasing max lvl on subs : )
Remember, after you reach max lvl, you get bored a bit - more lvl = longer fun !

It's a good idea, and thats it. Playing with lvl 85 char is a totaly different game then playing with a lvl 80 one.

What don't you get? This will not be another regular dn-substack "like the rest". This server was created on this idea,
otherwise it becomes like the rest and main class becomes useless unplayed char (only oly I hear).  Now the choices ppl made will also be effected if subs go past 80. Where is the team spirit, nothing wrong imo to restrict it to epic bosses.

Heh , I just don't get you . First will anyone ever pvp with main class w/o stack sub - no , choices are not gonna be any different , /tank is always extra defense , / buffer is self buffed char . I don't know , I think you are lost about the team spirit statement don't know what it means ...frintezza/valakas still not dead ...btw do you even play here ? I don't think you have an idea of what's going on here , lol main problem being nothing to pvp for .I don't wanna deviate from topic , coming back increasing retail lvl cap to 85 just does good to the game.further more if you guys feel if protections are too imba , just don't give protections , just skills will do too .but I don't feel it will do any imba .and kodex you noob always make a poll when you wanna suggest something moron .

Ok will anwser your questions...
Yes ppl will pvp with main class, how do you think they do it on the official server ?
Choices will be different,  it is always based on the new skills / passives.
The team spirit idea is based on the fact that with main class only you will need more chars/ppl and killing rb is not a solo event, but
even with subs you need a good team, so nvm.
Yes i do play here and if the subs go past 82 the gameplay will change and my good idea about pvp too and it will be another dn-server , only difference, no mutants multiple subs on a  useless main char.

House, stealth prolly has a main class level 75 and subclass level 40. So ofc, there is a superb strategic element in playing his main class. Gz, play stealthily and bsoe when you see us.

Only thing is, I might have planned some of my subclasses differently if it went up to level 85. No big deal though, I can always make a new character.

@ stealth - You are either a guy who just started and is saying about pvp's in starting villages or a guy who has not yet created retail subclass+dn sub to it.
Basically, we wouldnt be able to kill any epic with our mains, simply because server is not so much populated! Thanks to stacksubs we have some PvPs, but surely it will be less every day cuz of ppl reaching lvl 80 100% and they will not want to only run and search for pvp.
Inceasing lvl cap to 85 would do only good things to this server. 80-85lvling takes hell of a time so people won't get bored so easily, therefore they will stay and play here. What is more - skills that comes with new lvls would make game a bit more interesting and worth-playing.
I disagree that mains become usless after just increasing lvl cap! They're pretty much useless now (useable only on oly), but it's also good. Once again - this server doesnt have 2k+ ppl online if we had only main classes to play, imo go to rpg-club with much better files and chronicle.
This server's based on substacking and we should be able to take maximum of our combo chars : )
