dagger stabs increased , shield def rate decreased

I don't get it. Both Dynasty knife and IC Dagger sould have same CD bonus. Is different here? Cause i tried Dyn knife + CD and with skill was only 100 dmg more on a target with 1.5k pdef.

Today, Was an AS+H+10 vs a Dyn Knife+CD+5.The 100 dmg was the same whenever i was unbuffed or on full (DW,Dance Fire,COV).

Try to do the test on a target with an average pvp pdef (1500-2000) and not on an npc and you will see

what can i say about  oly maby u right dagers have  more power now that b4 but  luci u also have char that kill daggers in oly dont you?!
and lets rememembert that dagers was like a dead rais  b4, terible on pvp, sieges, also in oly its not that easy win sps/ee  or gladi/$$
so track if u wanna nerf dagers  dont forget to nerf cansel and reuse of heals!!! (that my opinion)
